in 2002 to provide property management services to residential condominium associations,

unit rentals, and Remodeling and Repairs & Maintenance services. 

Our list of portfolio clients includes condominium associations that have been with us since 2002. 

We believe Blue Sky Miami can provide you with a level of service unsurpassed in the portfolio management industry. And we are confident that we can establish a productive and respectful relationship with each community association.

Blue Sky Miami corporate office is conveniently located on South Beach and serves exclusively

the Miami Beach condominium market. Our proximity to the condominium associations we serve

allow us to quickly dispatch our property managers and our repairs & maintenance staff in case

of emergencies.

Customer Service

Homeowners are assisted by phone by a live representative Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM,

Operations

The Property Manager assigned to the Condominium Association is the main point of contact for everything related to repair and maintenance matters and overall management of the property.

Accounting & Finance

Our In-House Accounting and Finance Department exclusively assists Board Members with matters regarding the condominium association’s finances.
